#KoreanCuisine - Veggie Japchae (Stir-Fried Glassnoodles)

Hallo!

250g Glasnudeln
Gemüse nach Wahl:
2 Karotten
1 kleine Aubergine
1 kleine rote Paprika
2 Frühlingszwiebeln
2 Knoblauchzehen
3 EL Sojasoße
2 EL Sesamöl
1 EL Sesam
Salz/Pfeffer
Sonnenblumenöl
optional: 100g Rindfleisch (traditionelles Rezept)

Fertig!

Hello!

It´s time for another round of my new series #KoreanCuisine! Today, I´m going to show you a quick and easy and super healthy noodle dish which you can prepare for larger groups, like they do in Korea, or you just cook it for yourself for a delicious dinner! And for those of you who don´t like spicy food, there´s no chilli in it! So, let´s start!

250g glass noodles
Veggies of your choice:
2 carrots
1 little eggplant
1 little red bell pepper
2 spring onions
2 garlic gloves
3 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons sesame oil
1 tablespoon sesame
salt/ pepper
vegetable oil
optional: 100g beef (traditional recipe)

1) Cut all your vegetable thinly and stir-fry in oil-
2) In the meantime, cook the noodles, cut them shorter with scissors and season with 1 tablespoons soy sauce and 1 tablespoons sesame oil, so they don´t stick together.
3) Add the cooked veggies and the minced garlic to the noodles. Mix with the remaining soy sauce and sesame oil and add the sesame. Season with salt and pepper. Done!

#KoreanCuisine - Oi-muchim (Spicy Cucumber Salad)

Hallo!

2. Sojasauce, Chilliflocken, Sesamöl und Sesam dazugeben und gut durchmischen. Fertig!

Hello!

Asian cuisine is one of my favourites in the world. Since my trip to Japan and South Korea, I´m even more in love with the dishes and not afraid of spicy food anymore. I like to explore the world of food and love to be surrounded by new flavors and new food inspiration.

YouTube is a great opportunity to do so and many asian cooking channels lead me to cook all the yumminess. Maangchi is Korean, loves to cook and is eager to share her knowledge about the Korean kitchen, so I started to try my best. The results are captured in my new series #KoreanCuisine. Maybe you want to try something new and delicious as well? Stay tuned!

First, I will show you a simple yet super yummy side dish recipe called "Oi-muchim" which is a spicy cucumber salad!

1 cucumber
1 small onion
1 green onion
1 garlic cloves
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1-2 teaspoons hot pepper flakes
2 teaspoons sesame oil
2 teaspoons sesame seeds

1. Chop the cucumber into small pieces and mince the onion, spring onion and garlic glove. Add all to a bowl.
2. Season with the soy sauce, hot pepper flakes, sesame oil and sesame. Done!

How To Style: A Backpack

Hallo!

Hello!

Let´s be honest, tiny, little purses aren´t that handy during the autumn time because we have so much more stuff with us than on hot summer days. Maybe there´s an extra jacket, gloves, an umbrella or even a brush when the hair is gone with the wind. The solution to carry all of that are backpacks!

I created a casual-chic outfit with one of them featuring a grey knitwear dress, a checked poncho, chunky black chelsea boots and to add some colour, I chose burgundy-coloured fingerless gloves, a hat and the backpack of course!

OOTD - Soft Layering Skills

Hallo!

-

Hello!

It´s time for those autumn colours! So, in this look, I combined bright summer colours, represented by my beloved nude duster coat and a white blouse, with darker tones like the aubergine colour in my bag and brogues to create an summer to fall transition look. Can´t wait to style more layerling looks featuring the pieces worn in this look!
